Roosevelt Ridge: Roosevelt Ridge™ is a truly unique mountain development nestled in Gilpin County, Colorado, near the continental divide. We are creating a community of 20 acre estate lots each with beautiful views and carefully planned building envelopes.
Caitrin McIlvain: BKC Kitchen & Bath: We are having a lot of fun working with Caitrin at BKC Kitchen and Bath. She is creative, professional, and a joy to work with. She's designing our kitchen, wet bar, laundry room, master bath and guest bath cabinetry.
We're excited to be working with Joyce DaCunha at The Lighting Studio in Denver on the lighting plan for the house.
Closet & Storage Concepts, owner Marty Wehr, will be designing all of our closets as well as our garage mudroom area. We are really enjoying working with Marty to make our closets attractive and functional.
D'Amore Interiors will be helping us with furnishing our home. Gina and Marilyn D'Amore are a dynamic mother/daughter team with a lot of creative ideas for making our home unique, beautiful and enjoyable to live in.
Furnitalia, Sacramento, CA: We found Funitalia on the internet and then visited their beautiful Sacramento showroom. This store has beautiful furniture at very competative prices.

Lot 17, 3 Roosevelt Ridge, is a wonderful site for our 'island in the sky" Now that the site is cleared and construction is underway we are thrilled with our amazing views and all of the mountain living amenities available at Roosevelt Ridge.
