Current thinking on kitchen applicances:
GE Monogram® 30" Professional Electronic Convection Double Wall Oven
GE Monogram® 36" Stainless Steel Gas Cooktop (Natural Gas)
Our kitchen cabinet design requires a liner style ventalation system. We got some good information about this system on a recent shopping trip but we're open to ideas on this.
Vent-A-Hood® Standard Liner Inserts
Not sure if this will fit in the cabinet configuration but.. if it would:

(I really don't know anything about disposals.. so I'm open to options. I do think I'd like the pneumatic counter top switch... not sure that is available with this "placeholder" model)
