Island in the Sky: Planning site for our new home in Roosevelt Ridge, Gilpin County, Colorado

From Lot 17, you can see the Continental Divide in almost the entire northwest quadrant.  In other words, the Divide can be seen from (approximately) 270 degrees (due west) to 360 degrees (due north).  But for easy reference, I thought it would be best to note that the highest peak in the view is at 320 degrees.

I don't know its name yet--but I will.
